Commercial General Liability Coverage Law and Legal Definition

In commercial general liability coverage insurance the company will bear all amounts that the insured becomes legally liable to pay on the occurrence of a loss. This type of insurance will take care of bodily injury and property damage. The insurer has all the rights to defend any suit against the insured seeking damages on account of such bodily injury or property damage, even if any of the allegations of suit are groundless, false or fraudulent, and to make such investigation and settlement of any claim or suit.
