Commercial Leverage Account Law and Legal Definition
According to 17 CFR 31.4 [Title 17 -- Commodity and Securities Exchanges; Chapter I -- Commodity Futures Trading Commission; Part 31 -- Leverage Transactions], commercial leverage account means “an account of a commercial enterprise, such as a producer, processor, dealer or end user of a leverage commodity which is the subject of a leverage contract, or the products or by-products thereof.”
