According to 7 CFR 65.125 [Title 7—Agriculture, Subtitle B - Regulations of the Department of Agriculture, Chapter I - Agricultural Marketing Service H1 (Standards, Inspections, Marketing Practices), Department of Agriculture, Subchapter C - Regulations And Standards Under The Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 and the Egg Products Inspection Act, Part 65-Country of Origin Labeling of Beef, Pork, Lamb, Chicken, Goat Meat, Perishable Agricultural Commodities, Macadamia Nuts, Pecans, Peanuts, And Ginseng Subpart A - General Provisions, Definitions], commingled covered commodities means “covered commodities (of the same type) presented for retail sale in a consumer package that have been prepared from raw material sources having different origins.”
