Commission Meeting Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 18 CFR 375.202 (Title 18, Conservation Of Power And Water Resources Chapter I, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission; Department Of Energy Subchapter W, Revised General Rules Part 375, The Commission; Subpart B, Procedures Under The Government In The Sunshine Act ) the term Commission Meeting means “the deliberations of at least a quorum of the Commission where such deliberations determine or result in the joint conduct of official Commission business, except that such term does not include deliberations to determine whether to conduct a closed meeting.”
