Committed Youth (Juvenile) Law and Legal Definition
Committed Youth is a youth who has been adjudicated delinquent by the court, authorizing the department of juvenile justice to exercise active control over the youth, including,but not limited to, custody, care, supervision, urine monitoring, and treatment of the youth.
