Commodity Broker (Bankruptcy) Law and Legal Definition
“Commodity broker means futures commission merchant, foreign futures commission merchant, clearing organization, leverage transaction merchant, or commodity options dealer, as defined in section 761 of this title [11 USCS § 761], with respect to which there is a customer, as defined in section 761 of this title.” 11 USCS § 101
