Common Vouchee Law and Legal Definition
Common vouchee is a fictitious party who vouched to warranty. In an action of common recovery a common vouchee will be named by the tenant as his warrantor and grantor. It was the common practice in such a proceeding to name the crier of the court as the common vouchee.
