Community Day Program [Education] Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 20 USCS § 6472 (3) [Title 20. Education; Chapter 70. Strengthening and Improvement of Elementary and Secondary Schools; Improving the Academic Achievement of the Disadvantaged; Prevention and Intervention Programs for Children and Youth who are Neglected, Delinquent, or At-Risk; General Provisions], the term community day program means “a regular program of instruction provided by a State agency at a community day school operated specifically for neglected or delinquent children and youth.”
