Community Facility Law and Legal Definition
According to 42 USCS § 1592n [Title 42. The Public Health and Welfare; Chapter 9. Housing of Persons Engaged in National Defense; Defense Housing and Community Facilities and Services], community facility shall mean “waterworks, sewers, sewage, garbage and refuse disposal facilities, police and fire protection facilities, public sanitary facilities, works for treatment and purification of water, libraries, hospitals and other places for the care of the sick, recreational facilities, streets and roads, and day-care centers.”
