Community Partnership Law and Legal Definition
According to 12 USCS § 4702 (7), [Title 12. Banks and Banking; Chapter 47. Community Development Banking ; Community Development Banking and Financial Institutions] the term community partnership means “an agreement between a community development financial institution and a community partner to provide development services, loans, or equity investments, to an investment area or targeted population.”
