Complaint-Information Procedures Law and Legal Definition
A complaint-information procedure is a method adopted for identifying the broad human rights violations that affects a large population. Here petitions are by the body considering the matter as part of the information. In this procedure the person who files the petition does not get any remedy for his/her grievances and they are not even informed about the disposal of the case.
