Comprehensive Fish and Wildlife Management Plan Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 50 CFR 80.1 [Title 50 -- Wildlife and Fisheries, Chapter I -- United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Department of The Interior], the term Comprehensive fish and wildlife management plan refers to “a document describing the State's plan for meeting the long-range needs of the public for fish and wildlife resources, and the system for managing the plan.”
