A comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility is a facility that mainly provides rehabilitation services after an illness or injury. It offers a variety of services including physician's services, physical therapy, social or psychological services, and outpatient rehabilitation. It also provides that only those services which meet the qualification requirements set are eligible for medicare payment.
