Computerized Criminal History Law and Legal Definition
Computerized criminal history is a system maintained by the FBI to acquire, collect, exchange, classify, and preserve identification records including fingerprints. The information is voluntarily submitted, on a mutually beneficial basis, from all law enforcement agencies and other governmental agencies.
