Concomitant Evidence Law and Legal Definition
The term ‘concomitant evidence’ refers to evidence that is presented to show the alleged suspect did the alleged crime. Concomitant evidence shows that, at the time of the act, the alleged wrong doer was physically present at the crime scene, and s/he actually did it.
