Concurrent Resolution on the Budget Law and Legal Definition
The term "concurrent resolution on the budget" is defined as:
(A) “a concurrent resolution setting forth the congressional budget for the United States Government for a fiscal year; and
(B) any other concurrent resolution revising the congressional budget for the United States Government for a fiscal year.” (2 USCS § 622)
