Confidential Disclosure Agreement Law and Legal Definition
Confidential disclosure agreement is a legal contract executed between institutions permitting the exchange of information that is confidential to one or both parties. It shall specify the scope of the confidential information and the period during which information will be considered confidential. It is also called as a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), confidentiality agreement, confidential disclosure agreement (CDA), proprietary information agreement (PIA), or secrecy agreement.
