Consecutive Tortfeasors Law and Legal Definition
Consecutive tortfeasors refers to two or more tortfeasors. However their actions, may occur at different times, and those actions may combine to cause a single injury. Such tortfeasors are jointly and severally liable.[In re Jones, 804 F.2d 1133 (10th Cir. Okla. 1986)].
