Conservation Measurement Tools Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 3838d (2), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 58. Erodible Land and Wetland Conservation and Reserve Program; Agricultural Resources Conservation Program; Conservation Security and Farmland Protection; Conservation Stewardship Program] the term conservation measurement tools means “procedures to estimate the level of environmental benefit to be achieved by a producer in implementing conservation activities, including indices or other measures developed by the Secretary.”
