Constitutional Court refers to courts that are named, described, or expressly protected by a Constitution. The Constitutional Courts are usually considered as the appellate courts of the country. The establishment of Constitutional Court is pursuant to USCS Const. Art. III, ยง 1. Thus these courts are also known as Article III courts.
