Contract Commodity Law and Legal Definition
According to 7 USCS § 7202 (Title 7, Agriculture; Chapter 100, Agricultural Market Transition Act: Short Title, Purpose, and Definitions), the term "contract commodity" means “wheat, corn, grain sorghum, barley, oats, upland cotton, and rice.”
