Contribution Analysis Law and Legal Definition
Contribution Analysis is a profit-split method which is applied in transfer pricing cases. A contribution analysis requires that the combined profit be divided between associated enterprises based upon the relative value of the functions performed by each of the associated enterprises participating in the controlled transaction.
