Convention on the Marking of Plastic Explosives Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 18 USCS § 841 (o), [Title 18. Crimes and Criminal Procedure; Part I. Crimes; Chapter 40. Importation, Manufacture, Distribution and Storage of Explosive Materials] the Convention on the Marking of Plastic Explosives means “the Convention on the Marking of Plastic Explosives for the Purpose of Detection, Done at Montreal on 1 March 1991.”
