Pursuant to 20 USCS § 1067k (7) [Title 20. Education; Chapter 28. Higher Education Resources and Student Assistance; Institutional Aid; Minority Science and Engineering; Improvement Program; Administrative and General Provisions], the term cooperative grant means “a grant that assists groups of nonprofit accredited colleges and universities to work together to conduct a science improvement program.”
