Cosponsored Activity Law and Legal Definition
According to 13 CFR 106.101 [Title 13 -- Business Credit and Assistance Chapter I - Small Business Administration], cosponsored activity means an activity, event, project or initiative, designed to provide assistance for the benefit of small business as authorized by section 4(h) of the Small Business Act, which has been set forth in an approved written cosponsorship agreement.
