Cost Analysis Law and Legal Definition
Cost/price analysis is the breaking down of the costs of some operation and reporting on each factor separately. In antitrust matters it refers to the technique of determining whether predatory pricing has occurred by examining the relationship between a defendant's prices and either its average variable cost or its average total cost.
