Country Reports on Human Rights Practices Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 22 USCS § 6402 (6) [Title 22. Foreign Relations and Intercourse; Chapter 73. International Religious Freedom], the term Country Reports on Human Rights Practices means “the annual reports required to be submitted by the Department of State to Congress under sections 116(d) and 502B(b) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 [22 USCS §§ 2151n(d) and 2304(b)].”
