Covered Institution Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 20 USCS § 1019 (2), [Title 20. Education; Chapter 28. Higher Education Resources and Student Assistance; General Provisions; Lender and Institution Requirements Relating to Education Loans] the term covered institution means “any institution of higher education, as such term is defined in section 102 [20 USCS § 1002], that receives any Federal funding or assistance.”
