Pursuant to 24 CFR 100.201 [Title 24 Housing and Urban Development; Subtitle B Regulations Relating to Housing and Urban Development; Chapter I Office of Assistant Secretary for Equal Opportunity, Department of Housing and Urban Development; Subchapter A Fair Housing; Part 100 Discriminatory Conduct under the Fair Housing Act; Subpart D Prohibition Against Discrimination Because of Handicap], Covered Multifamily Dwellings means “buildings consisting of 4 or more dwelling units if such buildings have one or more elevators; and ground floor dwelling units in other buildings consisting of 4 or more dwelling units.”
