C&P Examination [Veterans' Benefits] Law and Legal Definition
According to 38 CFR 60.2 [Title 38 -- Pensions, Bonuses, and Veterans' Relief; Chapter I -- Department of Veterans Affairs; Part 60 -- Fisher Houses and Other Temporary Lodging], C&P examination means “an examination requested by VA's Compensation and Pension Service to be conducted at a VA health care facility for the purpose of evaluating claims by veterans.”
