Criminal Price Fixing Law and Legal Definition
Criminal price fixing is a price fixing in which:
a. there will be conspiracy;
b. its purpose will be to fix or stabilize prices; and
c. it has the effect of raising, depressing, fixing, pegging or stabilizing prices. [United States v. Nu-Phonics, Inc., 433 F. Supp. 1006 ( E.D. Mich. 1977)].
