Cross-Claimant Law and Legal Definition
The term cross-claimant means a complainant in the cross-claim. A cross-claimant may, in the cross-claim, plead all or any of the facts on which s/he trusts by consultation to the previous pleadings in the proceedings from which the cross-claim arises.
