Curial Law and Legal Definition
Curial is an adjective meaning related to curia-one of the ten primitive subdivisions of a tribe in early Rome, consisting of ten gentes. A gente is a political subdivision into which the Latin, Sabine, and Etruscan tribes were each divided. It may also refer to the administrative body of the Roman Catholic church.
