Current Market Price Law and Legal Definition
The Current market price per share of Common Stock on any date shall be deemed to be “the average of the Closing Prices for the ten consecutive Trading Days ending on the earlier of (A) the Determination Date or the Expiration Date, as the case may be, with respect to distributions or tender offers or (B) the "ex-date" with respect to distributions, issuances or other events requiring such computation.” Acuity Capital Mgmt., LLC v.
