Custodian is a person having charge of something. For example, custodian of minor’s property. The person appointed to manage and dispense funds for a child without court supervision and accounting requirements is a custodian under the Uniform Transfers to Minors Act. On the death of the person who wrote the will, custodian of a will is the person who has the possession of the will.
