Customs Court Law and Legal Definition
Customs court is a federal court established in 1926. It hears appeals from decisions of customs officials on classification of merchandise, duty rates, and interpretation of customs laws. Decisions from the customs court can be appealed to the Court of Customs and Patent Appeals.
