“Cyber squatters are those who attempt to profit from the internet by reserving and later reselling or licensing domain names back to the companies that spent millions of dollars developing the goodwill of the trademark.” Cyber squatters register domain names that include, or were entirely composed of, registered trademarks so they could attempt to resell the domain names to the trademark holders.
