Damages Ultra Law and Legal Definition
Damages ultra means additional damages claimed by a plaintiff who is not fulfilled with the amounts paid into the court by the defendant. Exemplary or punitive damages are damages ultra compensation. Such additional damages are claimed by the plaintiff on the belief that the award is inadequate.
