Deal Flow Law and Legal Definition
Deal flow is the rate at which financial institutions receive business proposals/investment offers. It is the rate at which new proposals are flowing to the underwriters of an investment bank. The term is not used as a measure of rate, however, it refer to the stream of offers or opportunities as a collective whole.
