Debit Instrument (Gaming Law) Law and Legal Definition
Debit instrument means a card, code, or other device with which a person may initiate an electronic transfer of money to a game or gaming device. [Nev. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 463.01469]. A debit instrument issued by a licensee must be approved by a gaming board.
