Decoration Law and Legal Definition
According to 22 CFR 3.3 [Title 22; Foreign relations; Chapter I; Department of state; Subchapter A; General; Part 3;Gifts and Decorations from Foreign Governments], decoration means an order, device, medal, badge, insignia, emblem or award tendered by, or received from, a foreign government.
