Delegated State Law and Legal Definition
According to 30 USCS § 1702 (Title 30; Mineral Lands and Mining; Chapter 29; Oil and Gas Royalty Management), the term "delegated State" means “a State which, pursuant to an agreement or agreements under section 205 of this Act [30 USCS § 1735], performs authorities, duties, responsibilities, or activities of the Secretary.”
