Demand Responsive System Law and Legal Definition
The term demand responsive system means any system that provides transportation of individuals by a vehicle, other than a system which is a fixed route system that operates along a prescribed route according to a fixed schedule. [42 USCS § 12181 (3) and 42 USCS § 12141(1)].
