Depecage Law and Legal Definition
Dépeçage refers to a concept in the conflict of laws whereby different issues within a particular case may be governed by the laws of different states. In common law countries dépeçage is usually used to refer to a single contract which provides that different parts of the contract shall be governed by different laws.
