Desegregation Assistance [Education] Law and Legal Definition

According to 34 CFR 270.3 [Title 34 – Education; Subtitle B -- Regulations of the Offices of the Department of Education; Chapter II -- Office of Elementary and Secondary Education, Department of Education; Part 270 -- Desegregation of Public Education], the term desegregation assistance means “the provision of technical assistance (including training) in the areas of race, sex, and national origin desegregation of public elementary and secondary schools.”
