Destination Law and Legal Definition
Destination refers to the place designated as the end of a journey. It is the predetermined end of a course, as of a voyage. The act of appointment in a will or a designation is also referred to as destination. Generally in law, the series of heirs to the succession of estate under a will or by provision of law is termed as destination.
