Destructive Substance Law and Legal Definition
18 U.S.C. § 31 defines "destructive substance" as "any explosive substance, flammable material, infernal machine, or other chemical, mechanical, or radio-active device or matter of a combustible, contaminative, corrosive, or explosive nature." United States v. Omirly, 488 F.2d 353, 356 (4th Cir. N.C. 1973)
