Development Companies Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 662 (6), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 14B. Small Business Investment Program; General Provisions] the term development companies means “enterprises incorporated under State law with the authority to promote and assist the growth and development of small-business concerns in the areas covered by their operations.”
