Diagnostic Imaging Law and Legal Definition
According to Cal Bus & Prof Code § 650.01 (2009) [Business & Professions Code; Division 2. Healing Arts; Chapter 1. General Provisions; Article 6. Unearned Rebates, Refunds, and Discounts], diagnostic imaging includes, but is not limited to, “all X-ray, computed axial tomography, magnetic resonance imaging nuclear medicine, positron emission tomography, mammography, and ultrasound goods and services.”
