Direct Service Industrial Customer Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 839a (8), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 12H. Pacific Northwest Electric Power Planning and Conservation] the term direct service industrial customer means “an industrial customer that contracts for the purchase of power from the Administrator for direct consumption.”
